Recently, the Bugatti sports car brand entered into a partnership with exclusive watch manufacturer Jacob & Co. Together, they came up with the idea of transferring the visceral feel of the W16 engine from a Bugatti Chiron to a watch. Absolute precision and workmanship of the highest quality were required in order to fully reproduce this high-performance engine. All in all, the Jacob & Co. x Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon, now available, has been the result of over a year of development work. To this end, the entire movement has been specially designed, just like the W16 engine block, which is now hidden under solid sapphire glass.
